TDIU pays at the 100% rate even if your combined rating is less than 100%. You may qualify if you have one condition rated at 60%+, or multiple conditions totaling 70%+ with at least one at 40%+, AND you cannot maintain substantially gainful employment.
TDIU with dependents uses the same dependent supplement rates as the 100% column above.
