claim.vet is built by a small team using modern research tools alongside careful review of primary sources. Every article is grounded in the actual regulations — 38 CFR, Title 38 USC, current VA policy, and public case law from the Board of Veterans' Appeals and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. When we cite a rate, a rule, or a deadline, we link directly to va.gov, ecfr.gov, or the underlying statute so readers can verify for themselves. We update content when VA policy changes.

Our research process uses AI tools to assist with initial drafting and sourcing, combined with human review against primary regulatory sources before publication.
