Yes — claim.vet only sells leads to VA-accredited attorneys and claims agents listed with the OGC. If your email matches the VA accreditation database, you're verified instantly. Otherwise, we manually verify your credentials within 24 hours before activating your account.
Are the contacts exclusive? ▾
100%. Each lead is sold to exactly one firm, one time. The moment you purchase, the lead is removed from the marketplace. No other attorney can buy the same veteran's contact info.
What exactly do I get after purchasing? ▾

Can I filter leads by state or condition? ▾
Yes. The marketplace has filters for state, tier, condition, and sort options by AI score and back pay potential. You can also register to only receive alerts for specific states and minimum lead tiers.
How are leads scored and tiered? ▾
Each lead is evaluated by our AI scoring system on 20+ case factors including: current rating, conditions, exposure history, number of prior denials, TDIU eligibility, employment status, and evidence strength. The tier reflects estimated back pay potential and case complexity — Bronze ($0–$15K), Silver ($10–$30K), Gold ($20–$60K), Platinum ($50–$120K), Elite ($100K+).
What does veteran "consent" mean? ▾
Veterans explicitly check a box consenting to be contacted by VA-accredited attorneys before their lead appears in the marketplace. We never list a veteran who hasn't opted in to attorney outreach. This makes contact warm, not cold.
