claim.vet Agent Partner Agreement — Key Terms
  • Platform Fee: $300/month, billed on the 1st. Non-refundable. Cancellable with 30 days notice.
  • Case Acceptance Fee: $150 per case accepted from the queue. Charged at acceptance, non-refundable if case is later declined.
  • Revenue Share: 25% of your agent fee goes to claim.vet when a case is won. You report outcomes honestly in the dashboard.
  • Accreditation: You represent that you are currently VA-accredited in your listed states and will maintain accreditation during partnership.
  • Ethics: You will comply with VA accreditation rules, including fee limitations and ethical standards for VA practitioners.
  • Veteran Interests: The veteran's interests come first. You may not use claim.vet cases for referral fees to third parties without disclosure.
  • Confidentiality: All veteran information is confidential. You will not share case details outside the platform workflow.
  • Termination: claim.vet may terminate partnerships for ethics violations, sustained inactivity, or accreditation lapse with 7 days notice.
  • Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor. claim.vet is not your employer and provides no benefits.
  • Dispute Resolution: Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Texas. Governing law: Texas.
